Description:
The FC-SAl-1620M analog input module is designed to offer sixteen safe analog input channels (0-4V) compliant with SlL3 safety class as per lEC61508 standards. It is ideal for applications requiring high-density and high-safety analog input solutions. Controlled by the Safety Manager Controller, it performs self-tests to ensure absolute accuracy, correct conversion over the full range, checks for crosstalk between inputs, channel input filters,and internal supply voltages.
The Honeywell FC-SAI-1620M is a 16-channel analog input module for the Safety Manager system. It provides 24 VDC power to each channel and accepts 0(4)-20 mA input signals. The module is mounted in a card cage and can be configured to monitor a variety of process variables, such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
